Buongiorno. In data 03.02.2026 ho richiesto il fotoritocco di una foto al prezzo di 0.10 euro che ho immediatamente pagato. Nessun messaggio e nessuna specifica diceva che il giorno dopo mi hanno fatto pagare 49.90 euro per un abbonamento al loro sito non richiesto.

At no point was it clearly stated that I was agreeing to an annual subscription. The information provided during the process did not specify that I was entering into a yearly contract. For this reason, I consider this practice misleading and unacceptable. I was charged for a full annual subscription that I neither intended to purchase nor knowingly authorized. I find this situation extremely unfair. I had to work an entire day to earn the amount that was taken for this subscription, which I do not need and did not knowingly agree to. I am therefore requesting a full refund of the amount charged. If I do not receive confirmation of a full reimbursement promptly, I will proceed by filing a formal dispute with my bank to recover my money. I expect this matter to be resolved quickly and professionally.
