Annullamento volo

Spett. RYANAIRIn data 7/10/23 ho prenotato per mio figlio ZANCHETTA Federico il volo n°FR2895 da PARIS (BEAUVAIS) a TURIN per il giorno 18/10/23 con la Vostra compagnia. In data 18/10/23 avete comunicato a mio figlio la cancellazione di tale volo per evacuazione dell'aeroporto per sospetto allarme bomba. Comprendo l'evento eccezionale ma non mi è stata proposta una soluzione altenativa. Considerata anche l'impossibilità di utlizzare la tratta ferroviaria interrotta per frana, il primo volo disponibile ad un prezzo accettabile l'ho trovato per venerdì 20/10/23 dovendo quindi prolungare la permanenza a Parigi a mie spese.Con la presente richiedo pertanto la corresponsione dell’indennizzo previsto ai sensi dell’art. 7, Reg. UE n.261/04, oltre al rimborso del costo del biglietto inutilizzato. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti.
