ARGOS fornitura gas + bonus dopo 12 mesi

Buongiorno. Mia moglie ha stipulato un contratto con Argos per la fornitura di Gas il 20/11/24 con l'offerta "GAS FISSA WEB + BONUS 30€" che prevedeva l'erogazione un bonus se non risolvevo il contratto con Argos prima dell'anno dalla data di decorrenza del contratto: 01/01/2025. In data 27/11/25, quindi 1 mese prima della scadenza rispetto ai 3 previsti, ARGOS ci informa che dal 1/1/2026 il contratto può proseguire alle stesse condizioni economiche con addirittura un bonus di 5€/mese. Ieri abbiamo ricevuto una lettera da A2A che ci informa che è stato attivato il servizio di fornitura di Ultima istanza di gas naturale, perché c'è stata una inadempienza del venditore dell'UdD di una fattura nell'ambito del servizio di default di Trasporto gas intervenuta sul punto di fornitura. Con ns sorpresa chiamiamo Argos e ci dicono che siamo loro clienti. Dal portale CONSUMIENERGIA.IT di ARERA la ns utenza risulta invece fornita da A2A. In questo modo il bonus di 30€ è andato perso!! perchè la fornitura gas con Argos è durata meno di 12 mesi. Conosciamo altre persone che sono nella stessa situazione. Pensare male non va bene ma spesso si ha ragione......cosa si fa pur di non pagare 30€ ai clienti che sono sono stati attratti dall'offerta con condizioni economiche vantaggiose + BONUS A SCADENZA DEI 12 MESI .
