in data 01.08.2025 avete sottratto indebitamente dal mio conto corrente la cifra di € 49.99, per un abbonamento che non ho mai sottoscritto. La stessa cifra mi è stata sottratta anche in data 01.07.2025, 01.06.2025, e 01.05. 2025, per un totale di 199,96 € di cui vi siete indebitamente appropriati. Nessuno ha mai richiesto alcun tipo di abbonamento, né è mai apparsa al momento dell’acquisto di un vostro servizio puntuale in data 25.04.2025, l’opzione di sottoscrizione ad abbonamento. Richiedo di conseguenza la totale restituzione dell'intera cifra di 199,96€. In mancanza di un riscontro e di un totale rimborso entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, non esiterò ad utilizzare le vie legali più rigide a tutela dei miei diritti.
In allegato la fattura di acquisto a dimostrazione che non si è mai trattato dell’acquisto di una prova a cui avrebbe poi seguito un abbonamento mensile, ma di un servizio puntuale.

Dear PDF Smart,
On 01.08.2025, you unlawfully withdrew the amount of €49.99 from my bank account for a subscription I never signed up for. The same amount was also withdrawn on 01.07.2025, 01.06.2025, and 01.05.2025, for a total of €199.96 that you have wrongfully appropriated.
No subscription of any kind was ever requested, nor was there any subscription option displayed at the time of purchasing one of your one-off services on 25.04.2025. I therefore request the full reimbursement of the total amount of €199.96.
If I do not receive a reply and full refund within 10 days from receipt of this email, I will not hesitate to take the toughest legal action to defend my rights.
Attached is the purchase invoice proving that this was never the purchase of a trial that would later convert into a monthly subscription, but a one-off service.
