Attivazione abbonamento non richiesto

C’è poca chiarezza relativamente ai costi. Siamo al limite della correttezza. Si rischia di ritrovarsi, come nel mio caso, con un abbonamento mensile da 49,99 euro, non desiderato. Infatti credevo di aver pagato 99 centesimi per una modifica pdf e mi sono ritrovato con mesi e mesi di addebiti senza rendermene conto. Non una email, non un avviso. Quando, per caso, me ne sono reso conto ho chiesto spiegazioni e rimborso, ma per loro è tutto ok.
