Dear Sirs, On my last travel to Italy, January 2024, I rented a car at your filiale SIXT Milano, picking it up at Milano Piazza Duomo on January, 10, 2024, and returning the car at your site in filiale Firenze Santa Maria Novella on January, 14, 2024. My reservation was registered as number 9706623148. Please, find attached the reservation confirmation form. On my way through Parma, I got two (2) tickets from the Comune di Parma, because I did not noticed but entered a ZTL (zone di traffico limitato) and a few days later, I payed both tickets directly to the Comune di Parma. In addition, SIXT charged my credit card with two (2) administrative fines, which I also payed, for €:31,97 each fine, plus VAT. Today I received your e-mail, referring a judiciary decition by il Tribunale di Bolzano, allowing me to ask for refund both administrative fines Since according to il Tribunale di Bolzano rouled that I am entitled to get back the money I paid to you, please refund both charges to the same credit card you charged me.
