Spett. LufthansaSono Giuseppe Calabrese member 992004880227634In data 5 settembre 2023 ho effettuato il volo aereo n° 4Y55 da Las Vegas a Francoforte e poi da Francoforte a Roma il 6 settembre con numero volo LH236 con la Vostra compagnia. Giunto all'aeroporto di Roma al momento dell'arrivo a casa notavo che la mia valigia riportava dei danni evidenti, in particolare la rottura della policarbonato vicino la maniglia completamente spaccata e la rottura della cerniera in un punto. Con la presente richiedo pertanto il risarcimento di tutti i danni subiti, da stimarsi complessivamente in 150 euro. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. Capisco, ma fino a un certo punto. Perch&#232 la mia valigia ha un valore di 350 euro e ne ho presa una piccola di un valore molto pi&#249 basso pari a 120 euro. Chi rimborsa la differenza di valore? Quando ho accetto Dolfi1920 GmbH. non mi avevate chiesto documentazione e da questa documentazione risulta che la mia valigia non &#232 riparabile quindi il danno &#232 di 350 euro. I understand, but up to a certain point. Because my suitcase has a value of 350 euros and I bought a small one with a much lower value of 120 euros. Who reimburses the difference in value? When I accepted Dolfi1920 GmbH. you didn&#39t ask me for documentation and from this documentation it appears that my suitcase cannot be repaired so the damage is 350 euros.
