[NOME AZIENDA], Ryanair FRSono titolare del contratto per [OGGETTO DEL CONTRATTO] n° [CODICE CONTRATTO] Bagaglio da 10Kg pagato 2 volte [DESCRIZIONE DEL PROBLEMA] Buongiorno, Avevo già pagato il bagaglio da Milano sia andata che ritorno ben 54€, e all’andata non mi avevano detto niente né tantomeno fermata per un ulteriore pagamento, mentre per tornare a Milano a Màlaga mi hanno detto che per poter portare la valigia in aereo dovevo pagare altri 46€, cosa che quando l’ho acquistata online non mi hanno spiegato che avrei dovuto pagare altri soldi. Mi sembra scorretto 100€ di bagaglio, praticamente i soldi che ho pagato per il biglietto dell’aereo. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, non esiterò ad adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, [COGNOME E NOME]

Buonasera, Sono passati troppi giorni da quando ho effettuato il reclamo e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Ho praticamente ben 2 volte il bagaglio da 10Kg, non mi sembra il caso che mi sia costato uguale o quasi al biglietto dell’aereo, per lo pi&#249 scortese la hostess che c’era all’aeroporto di malaga.
