I was on a tour in Italy and I took a FlixBus bus from Florence to Milan and the bus stopped in Bologna. I checked my luggage and when I arrived at the destination, which was Mialao, I and other passengers found our luggage missing. The driver did not do any luggage control and only checked the ticket of the passengers when they boarded the bus.I contacted FlixBus and no support was provided, I lost all my clothes and personal belongings due to FlixBus company negligence, when I arrived in Milan it was very cold and I had to go to the shopping center to buy other clothes. The day after my arrival I went to the police station and registered a theft report and FlixBus company degligence. More than 15 days after the fact I still haven't heard anything back or even the compensation that I am entitled to in this case.

I already answered the email and it&#39s been 3 months since you lost my luggage, what hurts most is the lack of customer support, I stress that I am Jewish and all my family documents have been lost for years due to the lack of service by flixbus. Company answered blank to say it answered. I am now contacting all the directors and even the CEO Andr&#233 Schw&#228mmlein via linkedin to explain and expose the case of rest with the consumer practiced by Flix bus and will judicially sue in Italy
