in data 26 giugno 2023 mi è stato addebito dall'agenzia esky un pagamento per acquisto di un volo trapani-Pantelleria per il giorno 29 06 2023, senza che avessi acconsentito all'acquisto infatti provvedevo ad acquistare il volo a mio nome sul sito della compagnai aerea.All'aeroporto mi sono accorto di avere un biglietto doppio e ho chiesto alla compagnia DAT il rimborso del biglietto acquistato tramite il sito esky.La compagnia aerea ha provveduto ad effettuare il rimborso del biglietto in data 30 06 2023, direttamente alla agenzia. Il rimborso ammontava a 32,25 euro, perché vi era una penale.Vi chiedo, in primo luogo, il rimborso del biglietto acquistato tramite l'agenzia, di cui non avevo consentito l'acquisto infatti non avevo ricevuto alcuna mail di conferma.In alternativa, di restituirmi il rimborso che la compagnia dat ha accreditato, perché era un biglietto duplicato.Spero che accogliate la mia richiesta, senza dovermi rivolgere alle autorità.Guglielmi Guarina
