Cambio aeroporto di partenza

Spett. Maneri Sergio Fortunato,Vi scrivo in merito ad un cambio di aeroporto di partenza per il volo FR6190 del giorno 06.08.2023 alle ore 21:55 pe Run totale di 3 passeggeri ( io mia moglie e nostra figlia di 11 mesi. Il volo era programmato con partenza da Catania, invece giorno 05.08.2023 alle 17:26 mi è stato comunicato che sarebbe partito da Trapani. Non essendoci trasporti pubblici disponibili e nessuna navetta o trasporto organizzato da Ryanair ho dovuto ( come anche consigliato da Ryanair) noleggiare una macchina da Catania e consegnarla a Trapani. Nella messaggio inviatomi da Ryanair c'è anche un link per chiedere il rimborso spese, ma le uniche opzioni disponibili sono o per ritardo o per cancellazione. Cosicché io non sto riuscendo a richiedere il rimborso spese.Con la presente richiedo pertanto il risarcimento di tutti i costi di trasporto che sono 224,14 per il costo del noleggio +48,54per il costo del carburante, da stimarsi complessivamente in 272,68. Ovviamente sono presenti tutte le ricevute. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per il pagamento. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, Maneri Sergio Fortunato
