Cambio aeroporto volo

Buongiorno, come da precedente reclamo inviato in data 31 luglio 2023, chiedo nuovamente il rimborso per le spese sostenute in riferimento al volo Ryanair di ritorno Catania - Torino delle ore 13,45 (Volo FR 909) del 30-07-2023, prenotazione WJP5SW. In data 29-07-2023 alle ore 13.44, quindi un giorno prima della partenza, ho ricevuto un SMS di Ryanair che mi informava che il volo era stato spostato all'Aeroporto di Comiso e che consigliava di recarmi autonomamente all'aeroporto di Comiso e richiedere il rimborso delle spese. Ho provato a contattare Ryanair telefonicamente, per avere chiarimenti in merito alle possibilità di trasporto con eventuali navette e agli orari, non trovandomi io a Catania e dovendo quindi programmare in anticipo gli spostamenti. In nessun modo è stato possibile contattare Ryanair ed avere tali informazioni.Ho dovuto programmare a mie spese il trasferimento per l'aeroporto di Comiso.Il link contenuto nello stesso SMS riporta ad un modulo di richiesta di rimborso solo ed esclusivamente per voli in ritardo o voli cancellati.Chiedo pertanto di poter avere supporto affinché possa ricevere un rimborso di euro 275 di cui ho ricevuta.Resto in attesa di un celere e cortese riscontroCordiali salutiSilvia Petrocelli
