Cambio di aeroporto

Buongiorno,Il giorno 20/07/2023 avevo una prenotazione per un volo di ritorno FR4298 Catania Fontanarossa/Fiumicino Roma per le h 22.10.La sera precedente mi arriva una mail che mi informava che il volo era stato spostato da Catania Fontanarossa a Trapani Marsala,stesso volo e stessa ora.Ho provato a contattare sia la compagnia aerea che l'aeroporto di Catania Fontanarossa ma irreperibili,al ché ho pensato di chiamare la compagnia con cui avevo noleggiato l'auto e cambiare la riconsegna della stessa a Trapani anziché a Catania ma non era possibile perché non avevano sedi in tale città (questo la mattina del 20/07/2023 in quanto la sera prima erano già chiusi).Ho deciso di noleggiare un'altra auto da Catania a Trapani. Da Noto (in cui mi trovavo) siamo arrivati a Catania e mi sono recata in aeroporto per chiedere(dato che erano irreperibili telefonicamente) se eventualmente erano stati messi a disposizione delle navette per Trapani ma un operatore della protezione civile mi dice che le navette per Trapani erano appena partite e non era a conoscenza di altre partenze per la stessa meta né degli orari.Quindi ho ritirato l'altra auto noleggiata e insieme a mia figlia e mio nipote ho iniziato l'avventura per raggiungere Trapani, siamo arrivati giusto in tempo per fare il check-in senza contare i disagi e lo stress ( strade per lo più a 1corsia e con lavori in corso lungo tutto il percorso.Chiedo il rimborso delle spese sostenute per arrivare da Noto a Trapani che constano in: 129,04 euro per il noleggio dell'auto, 113,22 tassa di sola andata per la riconsegna in una località diversa, 45,00 euro per la benzina senza contare i disagi e lo stress ( strade per lo più a 1corsia ,con lavori in corso e con sole due aree di ristoro e un'area di parcheggio ( da Catania Fontanarossa a Trapani circa 300 km,in totale da Noto circa 400 km).In attesa di riscontro e/o eventuali informazioni e procedureGrazie CordialmenteAntonietta Maltone
