Buongiorno, ho prenotato 3 biglietti aerei A/R Ryanair tramite E-Sky Travel, selezionando l'opzione a pagamento easy check inche mi consentiva di ricevere le carte d'imbarco direttamente sulla mail il giorno precedente la partenza. Un paio di giorni prima della partenza mi sono rivolta ad E-Sky per verificare la possibilità di spostare le prenotazioni sul volo del giorno successivo. Esky mi comunica il costo di questo eventuale spostamento (oltre 1000€) ed io rispondo rinunciando al cambio . Mi rispondono confermandomi la prenotazione esistente. Con le carte d'imbarco che mi erano arrivate mi reco al banco per il drop off e lì mi informano che le stesse non sono più valide in quanto risulta essere stato effettuato il check out e che per imbarcarmi sono obbligata a farle riemettere tutte e tre al costo di 181,50€. Dopo aver pagato mi rivolgo a Esky per chiedere il rimborso di questa somma, compilo l'apposito modulo per il reclamo allegando tutta la documentazione necessaria, compreso lo scambio di mail tra me e loro prima della partenza ma non c'è stato niente da fare, rispondono tutte le volte in maniera molto vaga non volendosi assumere la responsabilità di quanto accaduto. Ho anche contattato la Ryanair, la quale mi ha informato che accade spesso che l'operatore, per poter verificare la possibilità di spostare la prenotazione, è costretto dal sistema a cancellare momentaneamente il check in, e a riconfermarlo nel momento in cui il cliente rinunci al cambio. Quest'ultimo passaggio è stato evidentemente saltato dall'operatore che via mail mi aveva riconfermato la prenotazione e quindi ecco spiegato il check-out. E' evidente la responsabilità di Esky, che non ha provveduto alla riconferma del check in originale. Ho scritto loro più e più volte cercando di spiegare le mie ragioni e raccontando quanto accaduto in ogni minimo dettaglio ma a nulla è valso, si rifiutano di rimborsarmi quanto dovuto per un errore evidentemente loro e non mio
