Thank you for contacting us.
I have reviewed your booking, and the reservation was scheduled for collection at 10:30. However, no flight number was provided at the time of booking.
Additionally, we have checked the conditions, and the rental company you booked with offers only 60 minutes of courtesy waiting time.
Unfortunately, as you did not arrive within that time frame and the booking was made under a non-refundable rate, we are unable to proceed with any reimbursement.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
