Sono Roberto Simoncelli, con passaporto italiano n. YB 9712621. Scrivo per verificare l' essattezza rispetto alla risposta Ryanair alla mia richiesta di rimborso " Ryanair Customer Service Reference Number: 49903730" per il ritardo di circa 5 ore del volo RYR5493 MADRID - MILAN BERGAMO del 2 di Giugno 2024. In calce, l' e-mail di risposta di Ryanair. Vorrei, nel caso fosse mio diritto, reclamare i 400 euro conforme alla normativa EU in vigore per il ritardo.
Purtroppo, non sono sorpreso dalle giustificazioni rispetto ai fattori esterni climatici citate nella risposta ryanair. Dalla programmazione generale degli altri voli non sembrava peró che la situazione climatica in Europa potesse mettere a repentaglio la sicurezza dei voli, ma spero di essere sconfessato, visto che sono dati facilmente e oggettivamente verificabili. Certamente un cittadino non ha accesso a informazioni adeguate. Sarebbe grave che chi invece ha l' acesso a informazione pertinente si giustificasse invece con dichiarazioni false.
Aggiungo inoltre che i 4 euro offerti da ryanair per snack e bavande in compensazione per disagio rispecchiamo appieno il senso di attenzione e rispetto vero i clienti e i cittadini.

Your flight 5493 on 2024-06-02 was delayed through no fault of Ryanair.
