Contratto non sottoscritto

Buongiorno. Il giorno 5 marzo 2024 ho usufruito del servizio converti file sul sito Easyfiles.io al costo di 50 centesimi di euro. Il 13 marzo mi sono visto addebitare 47,90 euro come pagamento di canone mensile per un abbonamento che non ho mai sottoscritto né accettato. Lo stesso giorno ho inviato una mail alla ditta per usufruire del diritto di recesso previsto entro 14 giorni. Ad oggi, 16 marzo, non ho avuto risposta, benché assicurino una risposta entro 24 ore. Di seguito il testo della mail inviata.
