Costi occulti e non dovuti

I have won 3 watches. The description of what the included costs does not reflect what is actually included in the sale price. 1. VAT cannot be added to a sale peice from a vendor to a private party 2. A non EU vendor cannot sell new goods to anyone in the EU with VAT if the goods are delivered (care of the vendor) to the buyer in the EU. The watches are shipped from Japan to Italy. The statement "taxes not included" does not allow the vendor to levie taxes. Therefore, I reject the 3 watches. Anthony Aghib +39-335 67 42 595
