The platform has carefully evaluated the consumer's claim, which pertains to the 3,14€ Temu Credits reward issued for their participation in the Credit Back event held between October 25, 2025, 3:12:25 PM CEST and October 26, 2025, 2:12:25 PM CET.
Upon thorough investigation, we would like to clarify that credits as rewards for participating in our themed activities and promotional events cannot be converted into cash. Consequently, the remaining credit of 3,14€ is not eligible for a cash reversion to Paypal.
To view credit details and the current credit balance, the consumer may follow the steps below:
Sign in to the Temu app or Temu.com. In the app, navigate to the “You” section; on the website, click on the consumer's username.
Click “Credit balance” to view the credit account balance and details.
We understand the consumer's concerns, but please be advised that Temu Credit does not expire and is non-withdrawable. Furthermore, it can be used in combination with coupons, free shipping, and other promotional discounts, and is applicable to the entire order amount.
