Diritto di recesso

Chiedo il mio il diritto di recesso, o "diritto di ripensamento", permette ai consumatori di restituire un acquisto e ottenere un rimborso entro 14 giorni dalla consegna del bene o dalla conclusione del contratto per i servizi. Non ho avuto una risposta formale ,dove sta scritto i miei diritti ...ossia la ristituizione dei soldi 39€ L'articolo 52 del Codice del Consumo disciplina il diritto di recesso per i contratti a distanza e quelli negoziati fuori dai locali commerciali. Questo diritto permette al consumatore di recedere dal contratto, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione, entro 14 giorni (o 30 giorni in alcuni casi) dalla conclusione del contratto o dalla ricezione del bene.

Non ho ricevuto nulla..le mail che mi inviate..è quel che sta scritto qui Se non avete capito ...non chiudo la paleatics fino che non me ristotuire i soldi e questo nessuno mi ha scritto ...ho diritto a recesso e state solo guadagnando tempo con scusa di che state inviandomi male con la risoluzione ,cosa che non è vero
