Dirottamento volo da Catania a Trapani

Buongiorno,il presente reclamo fa riferimento alle prenotazioni NCI7XL e UDYFRY di cui siamo titolari io e mia sorella.Le prenotazioni originariamente prevedevano due voli: BGY-CTA (FR2261) in data 18/07/2023 alle 9.30 e CTA-BG (FR6650) in data 27/07/2023 ore 21.20. L’itinerario avrebbe dovuto prevedere trasferimento da Catania a Milazzo in autobus e da lì traghetto per Lipari.In data 17/07/2023 alle ore 21.52 abbiamo ricevuto un sms con la comunicazione del dirottamento del volo di andata sull’aeroporto di Trapani, dopo diversi vani tentativi di avere informazioni dal servizio clienti Ryanair. É evidente che con così poco preavviso, abbiamo avuto enormi difficoltà a trovare una soluzione alternativa (oltre alla giornata passata a cercare informazioni/soluzioni e alla nottata insonne).Il treno ci avrebbe impiegato 9 ore, autobus non ce n’erano, il trasferimento con la navetta messa a disposizione da Ryanair ci avrebbe fatto perdere l’ultimo traghetto da Milazzo e non avremmo fatto in tempo a prendere nemmeno il traghetto da Palermo. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un’auto, spendendo un’ingente somma di denaro per 4 ore di viaggio e perdendo i soldi di tutti i mezzi precedentemente prenotati.Pensavamo di ricevere congruo avviso almeno per il viaggio di ritorno e invece, solo alle 17.36 del giorno prima, abbiamo ricevuto la comunicazione che il volo era nuovamente dirottato con partenza da Trapani con la specifica “Chiediamo ai passeggeri di pianificare il proprio viaggio verso Trapani e mandarci un reclamo con i costi del trasporto”. Ovviamente, presentandosi le stesse circostanze dell’andata e gli stessi disagi, abbiamo dovuto noleggiare nuovamente una macchina, spendendo un’altra considerevole cifra di denaro.Chiediamo quindi il rimborso dei voli dirottati e delle spese di trasporto sostenute per entrambe le tratte (comprese quelle pagate in anticipo ma non fruite):- voli: 216,86€ per la prenotazione NCI7XL e 152.79€ per la prenotazione UDYFRY- noleggio auto: 205,24€ per l’andata Trapani-Milazzo e 210,50€ per il ritorno Milazzo-TrapaniBenzina: 67.84€- autobus persi: 52€- traghetto perso: 39.64€Per un totale di 944,87€.Naturalmente possiamo fornire tutte le ricevute dei pagamenti sopra descritti.Fiduciose della vostra comprensione e di un vostro rapido riscontro, rimaniamo a disposizione per i successivi passaggi. Buongiorno, non capisco la vostra risposta. Se non avessimo preso il volo, avremmo perso tutti i soldi del soggiorno, quindi per forza ci siamo imbarcate! Per quanto riguarda le spese, sono spese perse a causa del dirottamento oppure spese sostenute per poter raggiungere la nostra destinazione, dato che il dirottamento ci &#232 stato comunicato all’ultimo minuto, non abbiamo potuto organizzarci diversamente. Tra l’altro siete stati voi a dirci per sms di organizzarci autonomamente per raggiungere l’aeroporto e che le spese ci sarebbero state rimborsate.Resto in attesa di una risposta, possibilmente in italiano. Altrimenti sar&#242 costretta a rivolgermi a un’associazione di consumatori per chiedere aiuto.Cordiali saluti.
