Dirottamento volo da Catania a Trapani

Buongiorno, con la presente è mio intendimento chiedere un rimborso per le spese sostenute e per il disagio causato dalla compagnia Ryanair in riferimento al volo di Andata Catania – Londra Luton delle ore 11.15 (Volo FR 629) del 20-07-2023 per il sottoscritto, mia moglie (Eloisa Castagna) e i miei due figli Giorgia Gagliano e Biagio Gagliano.Nello specifico è accaduto che in data 19-07-2023 alle ore 19.48, quindi un giorno prima della partenza, è arrivato un SMS di Ryanair dove informava che il volo Catania – Londra delle ore 11.15 (Volo FR 629) era stato dirottato verso l’Aeroporto di Trapani senza indicare alcuna possibile modalità per il trasferimento presso aeroporto di Trapani.Pertanto abbiamo immediatamente cercato di contattare Ryanair telefonicamente e tramite servizio online, ma senza alcun esito. In nessun modo è stato possibile contattare Ryanair ed avere informazioni in merito, su come arrivare all’aeroporto di Trapani, se comunque mettevano navette a disposizione con eventuali orari da rispettare. Pertanto l'unica soluzione possibile, al fine di non perdere il volo ed aggiungere ulteriori disagi legati alle prenotazioni già effettuate per alloggio a Londra, è stata quella di noleggiare un auto e recarmi autonomamente a Trapani.Pertanto chiedo con questa e-mail di poter avere supporto affinché possa ricevere un rimborso adeguato al disagio sostenuto, oltre tutte le spese extra sostenute:Noleggio Auto Hertz da Aeroporto Catania a Aeroporto Trapano: 183,68 EuroCarburante per il viaggio sostenuto presso Stazione di Servizio GAN località Fulgatore 91100 Trapani: 34,00 Eurorichiesta rimborso TOTALE: 227,68 Euro.Ho con me tutte le ricevute e le mail/SMS ricevuti da Ryanair nel caso possano essere utili nella risoluzione del problema.In attesa di un vostro gentile riscontro e certi della vostra professionalità, vi ringrazio anticipatamente e porgo cordiali saluti,Antonio
