Buongiorno in data 15-11-2024 ho utilizzato il servizio a pagamento (per euro 0,95) per una conversione di un file. Acquistando questo servizio di prova è automaticamente passato ad abbonamento e mi è stato poi addebitato l'importo di euro 39,95 ogni mese. L'operazione è stata alquanto dubbia, sul limite della legalità secondo me. Ho scritto alla compagnia per la disdetta del servizio ma non c'è nessun modulo per la richiesta di rimborso, Vorrei almeno essere sicuro che l'abbonamento sia stato annullato. Ho scritto a support@thebestpdf.com in data 21/01/2025: Good morning, on 11/15 I signed up for a trial subscription for €0.95 but then without wanting to I had 3 charges of €39.95.
