Disservizi sul volo Rynair del 23/07/23 n. FR 2261

Spett. Rynair, Sono titolare del biglietto per il volo del 23/07/23 da Orio al Serio a Catania. In vista del viaggio del 23/07/23 da Orio al Serio a Catania - codice di prenotazione n. OHUDYT, volo n. FR 2261 e intestato a me e mia moglie - dopo l’incendio avvenuto il 16/07/23 all’aeroporto di Catania, abbiamo monitorato la situazione. Dai media e, soprattutto, da parenti e amici siciliani, veniamo a sapere che la maggior parte degli aerei o vengono cancellati o deviati su aeroporti lontani (Trapani, Palermo,…) e, per esperienza diretta, sappiamo che i trasporti siciliani sono da terzo mondo (ci può volere una giornata per arrivare da una parte all’altra dell’isola). Inoltre, a causa del gran caldo e degli incendi, in Sicilia sono venute a mancare diverse volte acqua e luce per diverse ore.In una situazione del genere il viaggio avrebbe comportato disagi non indifferenti, per cui sarebbe stato opportuno cancellare il volo con conseguente rimborso oppure riprogrammazione dello stesso. Il vettore non invia alcuna comunicazione. Solo la mattina del 23 leggo un messaggio sull’app (il giorno precedente non c’era), che il volo è deviato senza dire per dove. Telefono più volte al loro n. di telefono (02 30560007), ma l’attesa, inizialmente di 10 minuti, diventa infinita. Decidiamo, a questo punto, di non partire. Ironia della sorte ricevo, con data di spedizione alle ore 12,10 dello stesso giorno, un’email da “info@travelplanner.ryanair.com” che mi comunica che il volo in oggetto è stato deviato su Trapani ed in allegato l’”AVVISO SUI DIRITTI DEL PASSEGGERO IN CASO DI NEGATO IMBARCO, RITARDO O CANCELLAZIONE DEL VOLO”. Peccato che l’email sia partita dopo che l’aereo è atterrato a Trapani alle ore 11,45.Con la presente richiedo pertanto il rimborso del biglietto aereo di € 433,36. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per il pagamento. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, Carbonaro Vincenzo
