Distinta costi e tasse : voce non conforme

Spett. Luftansa , Sono titolare del biglietto KL6U79 , ticket n° 2202219448676 per il volo LH9513* del 03 03 2025 da Milano Malpensa a Monaco di Baviera . Vi scrivo perché nel dettaglio dei costi – qui allegato uno screenshot- c’è una voce di 27,14€ come supplemento per servizio passeggeri per voli intercontinentali dalla Germania – ma dato che il volo è continentale , cioè tra Italia e Germania , mi chiedo come mai applicate un costo non conforme alla tratta e pertanto vi chiedo i danni ed il rimborso immediato . Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per il pagamento. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. Distinti saluti, Paola Gioria

Ho telefonato al Serizio clienti e dopo un'attesa , mi è stato detto che non erano competenti per rispondere e mi hanno dato una email customer.relations@lufthansa.com - ho scritto e la risposta è stata che questo indirizzo email non è più valido. Mi sono allora rivolta in chat e anche li mi è stato detto che si trattava di costi - di guardare il dettaglio della ricevuta - cosa che ho fatto ma il dettaglio ha una sigla incomprensibile EUR 27.14RA - ho ribadito che questo costo era errato in quanto il mio volo è continentale - tutto questo ha richiesto svariate ore di attesa - Alla domanda perchè non telefonarmi o scrivermi una email , mi è stato risposto che non lo fanno e che potevo rivolgermi a Servizio clienti telefonico , quello che inizialmente mi ha dato email errato. Mi sento presa in giro .

Dear AB, I think you misunderstood my request - you are talking about international arrivals , while I 'm spaking about Intercontinental flight " - in the details of the costs inside your company website, when I bought the flight ,the detail is written as follow : 27,14€ for " supplemento per servizio passeggeri per voli intercontinentali dalla Germania" that means "upplement for passenger service for intercontinental flights from Germany'. So which is why I am contesting the cost . Here attached the photo from your company website . Moreover in the receipt of the flight this cost is put under R.A. but but then a consumer does not realise what he is paying for . And this is not correct because there is no transparency on costs.
