Good morning,
The voucher was issued on 25/07/2025 at 10:56:30, but an incorrect email address was provided by you during the booking process.
As a result, you were unable to view the voucher at that time, naturally.
Our team later corrected the email address and resent the voucher on 28/07/2025 at 11:56:22, which was three days after the original issue.
Please note that this booking was made under a non-refundable offer, and therefore, no refund is applicable under any circumstances.
The voucher was made available in time, and the vehicle was ready for collection as agreed.
