Doppia fatturazione e cambio gestore a mia insaputa

Buongiorno, in data 19 dicembre 2025 mi viene recapitata una busta da parte di ENEL dove mi comunicano che retroattivamente a partire dal 1 dicembre 2025 sono stata trasferita ad ENEL per la fornitura di gas. Sono cliente Argos da quasi un anno e non avevo ricevuto nessuna comunicazione in merito. il 8 gennaio 2026 invio una email ad Argos per chiedere delucidazioni e l'8 gennaio 2026 mi addebitano una bolletta per il periodo di riferimento del mese di Dicembre con scadenza l'8 gennaio 2026 stesso. Essendo una bolletta con pagamento rid, non ho avuto il tempo materiale per bloccare l'operazione tramite la banca. Sono riuscito a parlare con il call center che mi diceva che hanno avuto un problema tecnico e risultava che non avessi più la fornitura di gas, quindi in automatico sono passati ad Enel, mi hanno riferito che mi arriverà un bollettino da pagare a basso costo per il periodo di dicembre e che il consumo di gennaio mi verrà stornato con la fattrura di febbraio. Mi sono lamentato della mancanza di chiarezza, comunicazione e la risposta è stata che dovevano recuperare tutti i clienti che avevano avuto questo problema, ad oggi non hanno risposto alla mail

Buongiorno, mi avete risposto allo stesso modo con la mail inviata ieri, mi aspetto sia qui su altroconsumo che per mail, una risposta che rimanga vostro cliente e che mi venga fatta lo storno della fattura di dicembre con quella di gennaio. Grazie
