Ho prenotato un'auto tramite DYS Do you Spain. Ho ricevuto un'e-mail di conferma che indicava che per il ritiro erano necessari i seguenti documenti: Carta d'identità o passaporto - Carta di credito - Patente di guida. Sono andato a ritirare l'auto con i documenti richiesti, ma mi è stato detto che i cittadini europei necessitano di una carta d'identità e che il passaporto non è un documento valido secondo i loro termini e condizioni. Quindi, doyouspain ha termini e condizioni con istruzioni diverse da quelle dell'e-mail che invia e tratta i cittadini europei diversamente dai non EU. Ho provato a parlare con il servizio clienti per quattro ore, ma senza successo. Ora consulterò un avvocato. Spendete 100 € in più, ma affidatevi a un broker affidabile. Statene alla larga.
