Buongiorno. Ho acquistato un volo presso Wizzair da Bucharest Otopeni a Bologna Marconi, su questo volo ho per errore acquistato un bagaglio da stiva di 10kg, che non andrò ad imbarcare o utilizzaare perché appunto preso per errore. Chiedo gentilmente che il prezzo pagato per il bagaglio da 10kg mi venga restituito.
