Failure reimbursement cancellation flight ATH-VCE • 08 September 2023 - reservation number: HBYBGA

I would like to point out that following the cancellation communicated by VOLOTEA on September 5th of the return flight (see above) and after connecting to the link sent to me by VOLOTEA to choose whether to be refunded or have a credit equivalent to the cost of the return ticket, I opt for the refund option. Since I had not yet received the refund, on November 16th, using the online platform, I asked VOLOTEA for information.On November 17th Volotea wrote:We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you following the disruption of your flight 1491 from ATH - VCE on 2023-09-08. Our assessment team have thoroughly investigated all the available information and here we inform you about the final resolution of your claim.Claim resolution: declinedI WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED.
