Gentile cliente,
Ci scusiamo sinceramente per l’inconveniente relativo alla bolletta che ha ricevuto 0020240400880220 del 03.12.2024di euro 80,83, la quale copre un periodo successivo alla sua disdetta.
Abbiamo verificato la sua situazione e confermiamo che si è trattato di un errore informatico da parte nostra. Procederemo immediatamente alla rettifica della bolletta e all’emissione di una nuova fattura corretta.
Vogliamo precisare sin d'ora che il consumo fatturato è corretto in quanto riporta lettura di 1.512 metri cubi rilevata al momento della disattivazione avvenuta il 02/08/2024.
Inoltre il periodo fatturato va dal 09/11/2023 al 15/11/2024, quindi la rettifica sarà riferita alle sole quote fisse non dovute per il periodo dal 02/08/2024 al 15/11/2024 pari a circa 5,00 euro.
Ciò premesso la invitiamo ad attendere la nota di accredito che rettificherà le ultime due bollette emesse (0020240400483762 del 16.08.2024 di euro 78,63 e 0020240400880220 del 03.12.2024 di euro 80,83) e la bolletta di saldo e versare poi il saldo effettivo dovuto.
