Urgent: Incorrect Booking and Boarding Pass Issues! Request for Immediate Assistance
Dear FlyGo Voyager Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with your service. After numerous phone calls and emails, I finally received my flight tickets. However, they were incorrectly booked from and to Rome Ciampino Airport instead of Rome Fiumicino, as originally intended. This caused significant inconvenience, and our experience at Ciampino was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the Ryanair app does not recognize my booking code or email address, which prevented us from loading the boarding passes. As a result, we were forced to pay €220 at the airport just to be allowed to board. This has been one of the most frustrating travel experiences of my life, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of clarity and reliability in your booking process. I now urgently require assistance to obtain the boarding passes for my return flight to Italy on June 23, 2025, at 3:10 PM, to avoid incurring another €220 charge.
Please respond as soon as possible with a resolution. I will not be booking through your agency again and will be sharing this experience accordingly if this issue is not addressed immediately.
