AGCOM (to open a formal Instructory to bill the bad policy vinted uses letting buyers scam the sellers).
In order to protect my status and open a public Instructory against this kind of behaviour.
This LEGAL mail is sent on behalf of Vinted account acekyy registered with email acekyy04@gmail.com and is sent due to a dispute which now occurs in every sale due to vinted policy which gives buyers the power to obtain sellers products with the free power to block funds and try to scam the seller pushing him psicologically with fake statements.
Then vinted BANS seller account who used bad words against the buyer, actually kicking the seller off the system and generating a huge damage which I knnow request as a fund recovery request and damage evaluation.
Vinted is known globally in all online groups to manage these situations very badly due to AI bot and sometimes due to their resolutions teams which are not technically aware of products with the bad ending to make seller:s lose the products and the money and make each sale a long stressful know.
Hereby is described the dispute situation and why vinted had no right to ban me and why it should resolve the dispute with FULL PAYMENT TO SELLER.

This is not the first time it happens.
This user made a long useless report trying to do everything these kind of users always do.
They take the product and then try to scam gettingnanl a refund if the seller wrongly click on send refund or partial refund.
.they have the free weapon to open w contorversary in any case and admit fake things.
I won all controverseries so far for this reason as you can see, so please carefully look at all my screens and chat logs.
They customer got a 700 euro product which was sold at only 350z stated as per picture and communications as 1) used. 2) without label and thermal labeo. 3) with a scratch in the controller chip. He has been carefully asked before shipment if all this was ok and he said everything is ok. He watched the pictures and accepted the item which is exactly as he received it. Also the product has been tested and it is perfectly functional at full potential but in any case he paid it half the price and receive a perfect product which does what it is intend to do without any error. Therefore there is no reason in the world to ask for a refund. This is a no dignity attempt to scam as all users do and we are sick of it. There are tons of groups online which insult vinted for this reason so please understand you have to give protection to sellers or your image will be ruined. I will proceed as usual with a denounce to authorities, a denounce to this guy and to vinted if I don't get support and protection. I will open a debate and contribersery in user protection national program against companies if they don't support they user and ask for damage and refund and expenses for any single day thus contribersery will go on. Now that you have proofs that the product is as intended and as shown, the guy stupidly whined about 3 aspects that he was informed before and be accepted as you can see, so you may understand this is a serious stupid and ridiculous attempt to scam. Please send me my money.
