Fraudulent damage claim

The company falsely claimed some damage on the car was caused by me. The Checkout report when I collected the car from Venice Marco Polo [2141687] clearly identified this damage as pre-existing. When I returned the car to Milano Bergamo the assessor claimed it was new damage which was false, the checkout report he was looking at was different to the one I received. I did not accept the reported damages [see attached docs]. I also offered to provide three witness statements [my car passengers for the week] who all confirm no impact or damage occurred, the vehicle was parked in a private/secure residential carpark from Sunday 13th September until the drive to the airport on Friday 18th September. All of this was ignored, I was told I could claim on my insurance and it was clearly an exercise in fraud an deceit by Noleggiare.
