Non ho mai sottoscritto un contratto con la ditta CONVERT24, ma ricevo accreditamento di spesa "autorizzato" pari a euro 39,00 in seguito alla sottoscrizione di un contratto mai avvenuta, proprio perché al momento del primo e unico utilizzo del servizio l'utente viene ingannevolmente portato a credere che il pagamento di 0,50 cent sia una tantum. Vedo inoltre che numerosi utenti sono incappati nello stesso tranello. Se la frode non sarà immediatamente bloccata, procederò con una denuncia formale al Centro Europeo dei Consumatori (ECC-Net) e una richiesta di chargeback tramite la mia banca sulla base di pratiche commerciali ingannevoli, facendo riferimento alla Direttiva 2005/29/CE sulle Pratiche Commerciali Sleali, e alla Direttiva 2011/83/UE sui Diritti dei Consumatori.
