ikea ordine e montaggio incompleto

Brescia 13/11/2024 . Mi è stato consegano i modo parziale la cucina che ho ordinato il 18/10/2024 inoltre il montaggio non è stato completato e mi sono stati consegnati dei colli che non sono coerenti con l'ordine. Ho segnalato la cosa senza avere riscontro e soluzione al problema. Sono sconvolta dalla mancanza di assistenza e di supporto e dalla scarsa cura con cui ikea gestisce la consegn ie l motaggio delle cucine.

La presente per segnalare che ad oggi il problema non è stato risolto resto in attesa :dei rivestimento murari, del buco nel piano per il piano a induzione, del montaggio di due zoccolini. È da inizi ottobre 2024 che aspetto.

Buongiorno. Ripeto ad oggi non è stata comunicata una data di consegna dei rivestimenti, oltre al montaggio parziale . È da ottobre che li aspetto !!!!! Pretendo un adeguato indennizzo. Non mandatemi risposte automatiche. Esigo una risposta puntuale al mio specifico problema. Grazie
