They confirmed that the passengers arrived late at the gate, which was the reason they could not board the flight.We advise all customers to be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the flight as the gate closes 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. This requirement is stated on customers' boarding passes and travel itinerary as well as in our Terms and Conditions, agreed to at the time of purchase.The departure gate for each Ryanair flight is displayed on the airport information screens and above the gate itself. It is each customer's responsibility to arrive at the correct gate in time for their flight. We cannot delay other passengers by accepting late customers for travel.
