Impossibilitato a fare il chek-in online

Buongiorno, ho prenotato il volo indicato da Catania per Torino per mia suocera che è una persona anziana e dovrebbe raggiungerci appunto da Catania atterrando a Torino, per il Natale. Ho quindi effettuato la prenotazione a suo nome dal sito edreams ma al momento del chek-in, veniva chiesto DA RYANAIR, A MIA SUOCERA di fare il riconoscimento on-line. Ho provato a bypassare il problema cercando di farlo io da Torino per lei che si trovava a Catania ma non è stato possibile. Ovviamente mia suocera, da sola, non è in grado. Ho quindi rinunciato a questo biglietto comprandone uno uguale, per lo stesso volo, ma direttamente dal sito Ryanair. Con questa ultima procedura, al contrario di prima, IO riesco ad acquistare il biglietto per LEI, ma non ho più problemi per il check-in.
