I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request the immediate opening of a dispute regarding a transaction with Guida e Vai processed through Klarna.
I paid approximately €699 in installments between February and April 2026. The service purchased included driving licence assistance, guidance, and support for the exam process, in addition to access to study materials.
While I still retain access to study materials, the essential part of the service—ongoing guidance and support—has not been provided. The merchant ceased meaningful communication after payment was completed. My last scheduled call appointment was on 25 May 2026; however, no one contacted me, and all subsequent attempts to reach the company via phone and other channels have gone unanswered.
As a result, the service has not been delivered as contractually agreed. This constitutes a failure to provide the purchased service in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
I have attempted to submit this dispute via the Klarna app, but the system is currently not allowing me to proceed. Therefore, I request that Klarna manually open and register this dispute for investigation.
Please help me to get a full refund.
