I’m not alone in this situation, there were other people with the same problem. You see also my boarding pass, how do you explain Turin boarding pass and not Milan Malpensa? If I received your text message, I don’t want waste my time with this request. So please refund me the expense that I did to take flight from Milan Bergamo.
