Good evening. On 18 April I ordered several books on your site. The order was successful. The books started arriving at home, but in July you informed me that you were unable to charge the card for the remaining balance for the books still to be shipped, for some reason not due to me (the card had the necessary funds). I then made a transfer to you (which I attach). Since then, I am still waiting for three books (Music in Ireland, Music in the Hispanic Caribbean and Music in South India), despite many e- mail reminders and requests for explanations. Your answer is that the books are in the print run, but the online shop on the site gives them as available if you try to order them.
