Salve In data odierna aspettavo un pacco importante, tracking 6020626893418. Alle ore 10:16 citofona un corriere, scende mia madre, non trova nessuno, nè pacco né corriere. Chiedo a tutti i vicini e negozi vicini e non vi è traccia del pacco. Il pacco risulta consegnato, evidentemente firmato con firma non mia o di mio congiunto. Stante l'importanza del pacco vi chiedo di prendere provvedimenti

Faccio seguito alla comunicazione telefonica avuta in data odierna alle ore 15.04, nonché al reclamo formale inoltratovi a mezzo PEC in data 19.02.2026, chiedendo di essere repentinamente informato quando il plico waybill 6020626893418, destinatario verrà modificato nel suo "stato di consegna" da "consegnato" a smarrito, come annunciato per le vie brevi da una Vs. Operatrice nella citata circostanza, dal numero di cellulare intestato a iMile Operatrice che ho provato a ricontattare, via PEC, mail e telefono ripetutamente dal 20 febbraio ad oggi senza alcuna risposta, cosa che ritengo vergognosa. Il pacco risulta, nonostante le indicazioni della stessa, "consegnato" Certo di un Vs. Celere riscontro porgo cordiali saluti

As I told you, I already sent a complain in date 19.02.2026, followed up by another complaint in 20.02.2026 and another one in date 24.02.2026. On 20.02 a woman contacted me on your behalf claiming you'd sort everything out and flag the parcel as "missing". It never happened, hence my complain is still valid

It's now clear to me you're not even reviewing my emails. You should read the mails and address them: otherwise the complaint will be escalated
