Mancata consegna e rimborso negato

Salve, ho effettuato un ordine il 20 aprile con prenotazione verso le 23.30 tramite just eat. La consegna non mi viene effettuata in quanto mi accorgo che l'app mi ha messo la prenotazione alle 23.30 del giorno dopo. Il giorno seguente chiamo direttamente al negozio, paninoteca, dove avevo ordinato per chiedere cosa sia successo e chiedo comunque il rimborso. Mi dicono che mi faranno richiamare il giorno seguente per he al momento sono impegnati. Sono passati 2 mesi provo a contattare direttamente just eat e mi dice che non è possibile piu il rimborso. L'ordine risulta consegnato e i soldi indietro non li ho ricevuti. Ad ogni modo sono stato truffato doveva essere una semplice operazione di storno visto che non ho ricevuto nulla.
