Non mi hanno consegnato l'auto prenotata tramite autoeurope Italia perché la carta di credito per pagare il deposito della cauzione non corrispondeva alla patente della persona indicata nella prenotazione. Non c'è stato alcun modo di variare il nome della patente di guida e quindi non ci rimborsano i 548,00 euro pagati per la prenotazione.
