Mancata erogazione Rimborso volo Ryanair

Spett. RyanairIn data 2 Marzo 2023 ho prenotato il volo n° FR6650 da Catania Fontanarossa a Milano Bergano per il giorno 01.08.2023 con la Vostra compagnia. In data 31.07.2023 mi avete comunicato la cancellazione del volo sopra descritto proponendomi un volo in partenza dall'aeroporto di Trapani, oppure il rimborso completo della tariffa di viaggio. Il giorno stesso, ho proceduto ad inviare richiesta di rimborso in quanto non mi era possibile arrivare all'aeroporto di Trapani Birgi con mezzi propri, come da voi comunicato per sms. Dalla data di richiesta rimborso, sono passati 30 giorni, a differenza dei 7 giorni promessi più volte dai vostri collaboratori che ho più volte contattato telefonicamente. Oggi, 29 agosto, alle ore 13.14, contattato nuovamente il customer care, mi viene comunicato che, dopo svariate richieste da parte loro di urgenza della pratica, non sono a conoscenza del motivo per cui questa non è stata evasa. Con la presente richiedo pertanto la corresponsione dell’indennizzo previsto ai sensi dell’art. 7, Reg. UE n.261/04 inoltre, poiché tali orari non si adattano più alle mie esigenze, vi comunico la rinuncia al volo richiedendo contestualmente il rimborso del prezzo del biglietto pari ad 89,50€ Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti. In fede, Toro Valeria

Buongiorno, Grazie per la gentile risposta. Faccio presente che insieme al pagamento del volo, io ho pagato anche un cambio orario per lo stesso volo per un valore di 49€. Non ho usufruito di tale cambio in quanto poi &#232 avvenuta la cancellazione, dunque chiederei cortesemente di rivedere il rimborso previsto perch&#233 non corretto. Grazie,Valeria Toro
