Mancato noleggio

Buongiorno,Ho effettuato una prenotazione ad Agosto presso la società Carjet per un noleggio auto a Creta.Ho pagato l’anticipo di €90,00 ma all’arrivo all’aeroporto non ho trovato nessuno ad attendermi.Così ho preso un taxi per raggiungere l’albergo.Il giorno seguente ritornato alla società di noleggio, che la sera precedente risultava essere chiusa, mi viene detto che a causa del ritardo dell’aereo di circa un ora la persona che mi doveva consegnare l’auto la sera prima se ne era andata e che ormai non avevano più auto a disposizione.Ho dovuto perciò noleggiare presso un’altra società un auto e ho scritto a Carjet circa 5/6 mail di richiesta rimborso solo ed esclusivamente dei 90€ versati per il noleggio mai utilizzato.Mi ha sempre risposto un operatore diverso dicendomi che stavano verificando i dati e chiedendo informazioni all società di noleggio del posto.

io ho inviato il numero del volo una volta effettuata la registrazione sul vostro sito, la societ&#224 di noleggio di Creta mi ha risposto che non ha mai ricevuto il numero di volo, e perci&#242 non &#232 rimasta ad aspettarmi, perch&#233 non ha saputo del ritardo.La colpa a questo punto non &#232 della societ&#224 aerea ma vostra oppure della societ&#224 di noleggio da voi incaricata che non ha aspettato.
