mancato rimborso cancellazione volo

Spett. air arabia In data 03/07/25 ho prenotato il volo n° G9794 da BGY a SHJ per il giorno 01/04/26 con coincidenza nel aeroporto SHJ volo n° G9508 con arrivo a CMB con la Vostra compagnia. In data 17/03/26 mi avete comunicato la cancellazione di tale volo, non dovuta a circostanze eccezionali. A tutt’oggi non ho ricevuto il rimborso di quanto pagato né ho avuto informazioni circa i tempi e le modalità per ottenere quanto mi spetta. Con la presente richiedo pertanto il rimborso integrale del prezzo biglietto, pari ad 310,26 euro. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la prenotazione. In mancanza di un riscontro entro 15 giorni dal ricevimento della presente, mi riservo di adire le vie legali a tutela dei miei diritti.
