Mancato rimborso causa malattia grave

Spett. Ryanair, Sono Carmine Maria Rizzato. Ho acquistato, a seguito di un regalo, dei biglietti a/r con volo di andata del 25.09.2023 da Bari a Madrid. RISARCIMENTO PER MALATTIA GRAVE - ARRESTO CARDIACO Dopo innumerevoli tentativi con i vostri collaboratori di risarcimento del biglietto a causa di un arresto cardiaco avvenuto a mio padre, on la presente richiedo pertanto il risarcimento di tutti i danni subiti, oltre che del biglietto, da stimarsi complessivamente in 1500€.Dal vostro sito, qualora un passeggero non inserisse l'assicurazione di viaggio, è opzionabile richiedere il rimborso a seguito di una malattia grave e nonostante vi abbia inoltrato la documentazione attestante il problema, vi rifiutate categoricamente di rimborsare perché non previsto dalle vostre condizioni. La considero una mancanza di rispetto e soprattutto una truffa al consumatore. Vi invito a corrispondermi quanto prima tale somma tramite riaccredito sul mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per il pagamento.
