In data 22/11/2025 ho effettuato l'ordine in oggetto che mi è stato spedito in 3 tranche. Dopo qualche giorno ho verificato che mancava un articolo e comunicandolo a Shein, hanno provveduto a rimborsarmi circa € 17. Successivamente ho effettuato richiesta di reso di diversi articoli e Shein mi ha inviato una etichetta di reso prepagata con Crono Reverse di PosteItaliane. Dopo 15 giorni, ho provato a contattare Shein per avere notizie e da lì è iniziata una tragedia epistolare con risposte senza senso di Shein che mi continuava a chiedere ricevuta del servizio InPost mentre avevo specificato mille volte che avevo utilizzato servizio Poste e che la ricevuta veniva inviata dal Tabacchi via sms. Ho inviato mille volte lo screen del cellulare, le SKU richieste da loro ma ogni volta si ricominciava da zero chiedendomi la ricevuta InPost. Alla fine hanno iniziato a dire di non aver ricevuto il pacco con i prodotti e io ho inviato prova di avvenuta consegna con il link di tracciamento, ma per loro non era sufficiente. Così ho inviato un reclamo a Poste via Pec per avere una risposta legale e una volta ricevuto (con consegna in data 12/01/2026) loro hanno continuato a dire di non aver ricevuto il pacco. Per cui, ad oggi io sono senza tutela perchè Poste mi ha dimostrato di aver consegnato mentre Shein continua a dire di non aver ricevuto nulla ed io non so cosa fare. Purtroppo non sapevo che in caso di reso di un pagamento fatto con Paypal potevo rivolgermi a loro entro 30gg per essere tutelata e ora è troppo tardi. Cosa posso fare? Stiamo parlando di un rimborso di circa 450,00 euro. Chiedo un vostro supporto per favore. Grazie mille.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I’m afraid I didn’t fully understand your response regarding the reimbursed items. As previously communicated several times via email, the total amount to be refunded is €443.16. Please find attached the document listing all the SKUs returned.
