Mancato rimborso spese pr volo annullato

LH 1949 BER-MUC-MPX , ticket P8JMP3 2 pax, cancellato dom 5 giu 2022. Volo riprogrammato 6 giu. Mancata gestione della prenotazione alberghiera da parte di LH pagamento diretto di hotel a Berlino (165€) e taxi (56,20€). Numerose mail di sollecito, con allegate fatture. NESSUNA RISPOSTA, NESSUN RIMBORSO Fatta mail a presidente CDA, nessuna risposta.

Pessima assistenza all&#39aeroporto ai pax del volo annullato, personale front office arrogante e non collaborativo mancata prenotazione e gestione della sistemazione alberghiera, come richiesto dalle norme europee obbligo di pagamento diretto da parte dei pax delle spese hotel e transfer mancato rimborso, NESSUNA RISPOSTA DA Customer relations alle ripetute mail. servizio qualitativamente NON all&#39altezza di LH, peggio delle peggiori low cost.

ALTROCONSUMO is not entiled under any circumstance to deal with my claim. I repeat all the circumstances that brought me to ask you the reimbursement IN MY FAVOUR.P8JMP3 flight LH 1949 BER MUC MXP June 5th, 2022, cancelled. New flight scheduled for next morning.No reservation, nor payment made by your customer assistance at BER airport.
